I've got a Ford dually 4x4 and some other vehicles. Decided I "needed" a smaller pick up truck so I did not always have to go home and grab my Ford truck. My business partner has a Toyota Tacoma TRD. Grabbed his keys and found I can't get in the thing without banging my head. It was tight inside. I'm 6'1 245lbs. Toyota Tacoma out. Honda Ridgeline? Went to look at the HPD (or whatever it is called) model. The local Jeep dealer had a used 2023 one for me to look at which happened to have a Toyota TRD right next to it. Thought to myself when comparing those two, the Ridgeline might be a good option as I can get into the thing, bed storage, interior space, bed size sufficient etc etc. As I pulled out after making my decision, I saw the Gladiator's on the new car side of the lot. Had never considered one of those. Stopped, got out, after looking it over, took a Rubicon and then Mojave for a test ride. Mojave was it.
Still have the 30 day tags, but added side steps, Black Rhino rims, 35 Nitto's and some other items. 2" AEV lift next week, which I am hoping the 35's don't look small in the wheel wells after the 2" lift. It will be my daily.
Have spent hours reading on the this forum, which contains so much valuable information!
