I stuck with M/Ts since I go off-road a lot. I went from the stock Falken M/Ts, to 37" Goodyear Kevlar M/Ts, to 37" Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003. So far, I like the Yokohama the best for both on-road and off-road.

Recently, I have been impressed watching the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss M/T Tire off-road on other Gladiators. They really grip. These will be my next set of 37" tires.

Are you seeing decent pricing on Toyos? Usually Toyo are one of the most expensive.
They all seem to be around the same amount in the 370-410ish range. Which when comparing to my stock KM2s which are about 350, all of these at 35 isn't a bad deal.

I am running the Ridge Grapplers and they are a great tire so far.

The 2 AT's that I personally recommend based on experience are:
1) General Grabber AT/x. 3 Peak rated, florida hurricane amounts of rain rated, florida sugar sand rated. Also very quiet, light, balanced easily and still aggressive looking. They're basically an all around upgraded version of the ko2 imo and so far have about 40K miles between 2 jeeps and about 10-15K good miles left in them.

2) Mickey Baja Boss AT - also ride great, very smooth, good looks, a bit heavier but also more aggressive than the grabbers. Also do well in florida rain, sugar sand, while still quiet.

My original Falken Wildpeak MT 35s lasted just shy of 60k miles. They would've easily surpassed 60k if I hadn't gashed a sidewall on my last off road trip.

Really happy with them wheeling monthly or every other, several trips out on the beach per year, and otherwise putting a lot of daily miles on them to and from work on crap roads.

I was going to go Wildpeak RT for my next set, but at the last minute found some almost new Nitto Trail Grapplers. Have only done road miles on them so far, and while not super loud for MT's, they are louder than the Falkens and I can feel the tread more in the seat and steering wheel at low speeds.

Look around FB Marketplace and the VA forums section here.
You can probably find a set of takeoffs for half of retail value or less.
I had to all but giveaway my stock Falkens when I upgraded.

Discount Tire has Goodyear Duratracs for about $250/tire.

Discount has several other tires under $300/tire. Are you looking at stock size 255 75 17?
@Wheelin98TJ Thank you for the referral! Much appreciated!

@amoyer_01 If I can assist you with finding some tires I would love to help!

I'm responding because I bought Nitto Recon's today for my 23 Ram Limited 4x4.
My 22 JLR still has life on the original WildPeak MT's. All WildPeak get great reviews.

The best tire for what you are describing for your needs is the Falkin Wildpeak AT3W. Hands down the best in the snow, and the only one with 3Peak snow rating.. Great on road and off road for even tougher trails than gravel roads. Plus you can get Rubicon take offs from someone upgrading to larger tires and save 3-400 dollars.
Toyo ATs also 3 Peak Snow rated

I recommend the nitto ridge grapplers. I have them in 35s and have over 75k miles on them. Held up well. Do well in snow and sand. My only complaint is they develop a lot of cracks in between tread. If I would have stayed on top of tire rotations I believe I could have easily gotten 100k miles out of them
