Yes it will be a full swing out. Eventually it will have a fold down table off the back so when it’s open there is extra space to cook and prep meals. Planning on making a mount to hold my power tank as well as some rotopax cans

I’m assuming you mean back of the truck- bumper style tire carrier?

many concerns with the weight being so far back and potentially bending the frame?

I’m not worried about that at all. It’s off the bumper but the bumper mounts go pretty far up the frame. It will be stout enough for sure.

It will sit level when it’s done. I will definitely make a video on it for sure.

Finally got some more time to work on the tire carrier. Latch is done and everything is sitting perfectly level and nice.

Looking good. With the carrier and your custom bed it looks like an old Fj45 or Land Rover 110 or something.
