Wondering whether now would be a good time to try to move on a leftover 2020 Gladiator with some 'insane' offer (thinking 20 - 25% off the MSRP). The model I've been looking at (Overland) has a MSRP of 55k and the dealer has it listed for 44k but it's really 46.5k (after you add the destination and processing fee). It's been sitting at this dealer since at least May of 2020. Thoughts?

I bought mine in October. I had searched the internet and found one with every important to me option. I got it for $52k, before TT. The sticker was over $60k. Had to drive 3-1/2hrs to pick it up. But it was worth saving almost $10k. My local dealer offered me $500 off the same truck.

I would give it a shot. You really have nothing to lose.

But, if its been sitting for 10 months, I'd tell them (after you cut the deal) that you want verification that both batteries are good or you want them replaced.

Good luck!

I picked up a loaded 2020 Mojave yesterday with a $62,450 MSRP, for $56k. So stoked. I’m sure somebody could have done better but whatever. It was the best 2020 Mojave left in SoCal!

Well, to answer my own question (posed in early Feb...). It's now the end of March and not a single 2020 unit I have been 'monitoring' around my immediate market area (DC/VA/MD) has sold. And there are plenty (100+).

My recent inquiries to shoot for 20% off of the MSRP (in the low to mid 50k range) have all been turned down. Go figure... I am in no hurry. Interested to see how situation changes in April (whether Jeep will add some market incentive to move those off the lot; currently there is nothing for March).
