I misspoke you can only secure them down in the notches that are on the rails. But it looks like they have plenty of notches so maybe the vid I watched, the dude was just being picky???

I’ve got a bunch of the Teraflex attachment points (four per side rail and I thick three up front). As I was installing a camper shell (wouldn’t be able to freely relocate them later), I wanted them distributed to where they’d be useful down the line.

Dudes are dudes though. I’m guessing that person has a system that works for them and that’s what they’re preaching.

Does anyone know if you can install the trail rails if you have a plastic drop in bedliner?

You would probably need to pull the liner to install the Rails, and then cut holes in the liner to fit over the Rails so they are accessible.

I recently mounted my highlift jack in my bed using the front rail and it irritates me that they make them just a little too narrow to use ministrut hardware. On my 75 f250 I made a similar system years and years ago with unistrut.
