Trailer brake controller?

I installed my tazer tonight in my used Glady after removing it from my old two-door after purchase. While under the dash of my willy trim I noticed this device. At first I thought it was a tracker, but I google the info on the box and found it was a brake controller. I don't have the factory towing option on my window sticker, but its there. Is this entire two part Black box the brake controller? On the dash is there supposed to be a gain switch to control the current to trailer brakes? Oh so many Questions.

The first picture is your CSWM (comfort seat wheel module), not a brake controller. It controls your heated seats and steering wheel. The second picture shows your power inverter which is mounted above the CSWM.

The 64469S on the label seems to be common on numerous modules made by Continental which would explain why it comes up in a search, but it's not the part number. The actual part number is the one above the upper bar code, partially concealed by the zip tie in your picture, ending in 30204AB.
