Had the same issue in my wife's 2020 JL and it turned out that the shifter cable was getting bound. It was adjusted by the dealer and haven't had problems since then.Hi. The service department said they adjusted “a cable” to make it a bit easier to shift into 4Lo. They shifted into and out of 4Lo 20 + times and drove it up a small incline in the back of the dealership with no more problems. I’ve tested it myself a few times now with no problems. I’m going to keep monitoring it.
