Just a heads-up for anyone looking for a truck box that fits:

I grabbed the Craftsman 61.5 x 20 inch Compact aluminum box from Lowes this morning, and it fits great. I just added a couple of clamps from DeeZee, as didn't think much of the crappy j-bolts included.

The box seems to actually be made by Better Built, and it feels decent for the cost (on sale for $249 at the moment).

Looks good, a little bit of mineral spirits and that Craftsman emblem should come right off

Hadn't thought about it, but you're probably right... I'll let it cook in the sun a bit this afternoon, and see if the glue wants to let go....

Got the box installed last night. Still using the include j-clips until the bracket I ordered arrived. Fits exactly like I wanted.
