i had one on my wrangler. The only issue I had was that it didn't stick out far enough for the factor55 flatlink that I had.

I currently have one on my set up right now, It's good if you're using a traditional hook or the the flatlink from Factor 55, will not work with the Prolink unless you leave it out. Install was super easy as it goes on at the same time as the fairlead, adjust the side nuts for desired tightness.

I've had mine tilted with no issues from local police so realistically you could run a Prolink and have it angled without being harassed. Then again I've seen the police here not bat an eye with guys running their license plates on the down angle of skid plates, so there is that...
