When braking at low speeds I get a moderate clunk right exactly when I push the pedal and about a half second after I let off the pedal. It might happen at all speeds but hard to tell since it's not very loud. I think the clunk is from the right front passenger side and I can't tell if it's from the brakes themselves or from the slight forward and back body roll when braking and letting off the pedal, like something in the suspension is moving back into place. It's definitely brand new and I just had all of the suspension checked for torque specs since I found another loose sway bar nut after one fell off a month or so ago. Thoughts?

At this point I'm thinking watch the brakes and make sure something's not sticking then start checking bolts and nuts. I feel like the dealership could have overtorqued something and I know the IR joints for terraflex stuff usually mean they recommend lower torque specs than the stock control arms. Likewise for the aftermarket track bar.

Better than 3 clunks I suppose

Check your brake caliper bolts

It's f'ing hilarious you say that because I thought the same thing the first time I heard it. My first thought was also at least it's not three clunks and second, I hope another bolt or nut didn't fall off. I think my dealership is loosening bolts just to screw with me at this point.

Not a whole lot to go on. Had a clunk/rattle recently off pavement and one lower control arm bolt was not torqued to spec. All good now thank god because that shit will drive you nuts.

Yep, you notice it and once that happens it's down the rabbit hole you go trying to find it cuz it's driving you nuts!
