UConnect is not working

Hi I‘m new to the forum and Jeep community. I have a 2 month old 2022, Mojave. Uconnect in the Jeep stopped working or is not recognizing my iPhone. Bluetooth works, cord is charging the phone so that works, I can use my phone as a hotspot but I can’t get UConnect to work. any help would be greatly appreciate…thank you.

Try changing your charging cord - I’ve found that mine doesn’t work when I use cords it doesn’t recognize for some reason even though they work fine everywhere else

I tried a different cord and it still does not work.

Try rebooting the system, disconnect both batteries for about ten minutes, and a brand new high-speed USB cable.

That happened to mine briefly (2022 Willys Sport) with a factory apple cable. I ended up troubleshooting and went to Settings > General > CarPlay on my iPhone and it reset the bluetooth somehow. Has been working for the past month without any issues.
