Under-Hood ARB Mounting on New (2022+) JTs

Hey guys,

I just got my ARB single compressor and was set on ordering the @813 Fabrication & Design underhood mount ( https://www.813fabrication.com/product-page/underhood-arb-single-compressor-mount-jt-jl ) but now see that it won't work with the changes Jeep made on the 2022+ engines. Has anyone found an underhood bracket that will work with the change in the computer bracket location? Also, not sure if the hood shape makes a difference, but I have a Mojave.

I know I could put it under/behind the back seats but I really don't want to do that, as I'd like to keep the noise out of the cab (because I know my toddler will inevitably be asleep any/every time I need to air up).

Hi Joe, The single compressor only mount for the fender is the one that is affected by the computer bracket change. Do you know for sure that you have the GSPEC5 computer? Some have them and some do not. If you do have the new computer, I have another new mount for the single coming very soon, I am finalizing the prototype in the next two days. I have two laser cut prototypes arriving from the cutter tomorrow. Let me know, I can help you get it under the hood.

Sounds good. I receive the final prototype tomorrow from laser cutting. I hope to have files sent to production by end of the week if I don't have any tweaks. It usually takes approx 3 weeks for production. But, I have two final prototypes coming tomorrow. I had two made just in case, so I may have a raw aluminum one available this week.

I have a different brace that will work. I need to run them through production and can get that started this weekend.

Keep an eye on that compressor, they really don't like excessive engine heat which can cause the life of the compressor to be reduced. The first sign that the compressor is being subjected to too much heat would be the discoloration of the blue anodized compressor bracket.

I'm pretty sure it did. @813 Fabrication & Design sold me the prototype referenced above and it works great. I'd double check with them though before you order, just to be safe.

Yes, I have the new bracket design. I need to run some production and they will be good-to-go.
