I have had a customer running an iteration of my tune on his 2021 Gladiator with a Magnuson supercharger running the standard pulley. The customer was running premium fuel and had all the correct installation steps.
The failure was instantaneous, and the customer said the vehicle was running fine until it wasn't.
2021 machines have had some implementation issues on my software dealing with throttle stability and transmission induced torque management. I have been working with individuals on a case by case basis, if and when they have these issues.
This customer did have an issue and was running an iteration of software to address some observations he had with short shifting.
