Sure, they are Independent, but automakers have always found ways to maintain a consistent level of experience across its dealer network.

Besides, a LOT of the bad dealer experiences start from how automakers treat their dealers. As the saying goes: shit rolls downhill.

In my opinion the Seats should be more plush. Why ? All of these Jeeps actually jostel you around and a more plush seat cushion is needed.
2. Standard LED headlights on all models this is 2023
3. Rebuildable shocks.
4. Standard equipment CV joint front axles on Rubicon,Mojave, Sport Max & Overland models
5. 305hp. Instead of 285hp. To help with rotating slightly bigger tires.
6. Elimination of ESS system or one that remembers last selection.

Make the 4-Aux Switch Ports in the dash console standard on all models and add a 115v plug in the rear bed.

2 door option, rear heated seat option, angle the rear seat back a little more. Passengers don't like to sit straight up, power rear window for hardtop, Visors that won't break on a bumpy road when not attached to the clip, variable temp for steering wheel heater. Dead pedal, SMALLER KEY FOB!! They take up 75% of my pocket, License plate lights that don't blind the back-up camera at night. Auto up windows (why is it only auto down?)

the plug in the bed sucks. Absolutely useless For anything other than a phone charger.

Id really like a better experience at the dealer.

id like to not dread going there for repair, maintenance, or questions.

Warranty is the only thing keeping dealership mechanics employed. On top of that they are sub-par at best ( no offense to the ones who do honest reliable work) but the experience at the dealer lever repairs is awful. I spend a year waiting for a single shock that ended up needing to replace all 4. 12 months from diagnosis to repair. That is utterly unacceptable. 3-5 days for diagnosis, get real, we are people with family's jobs and lives. How can a dealership expect a customer to leave a primary vehicle and sometimes only vehicle for 5 days to diagnose.
I swear the dealership only works to avoid working. Tell me i need to leave my vehicle for 5 days in order for them to tell me what is wrong? no way. that's a scam. Make me an appointment for 7am don't call me at 5 and tell me you couldn't get to it.

Better seats, maybe already on the 2024's if they ever come out?
Engine options, 392, 4XE, Diesel.
Better shifting in transmission, one that doesn't hold the gear for an unreasonably long time. If I wanted to manually shift I would have bought a manual.
Gearing options.

Won't buy again just because of new features, only if something happens to current one but if that happened today I would love to see:

• vented leather seat
• bed lights that stay on much longer/can be turned on by switch
• tailgate passive entry
• adjusted license plate lights, or off in reverse

My base Sport has the buttons to control the HVAC but it needs the screen to display HVAC mode, temp and fan setting.

Thanks, I didn't realize the three knobs were available.
I'll have to look into converting if my system begins to have issues.

You have me curious about what the other AC systems look like. I have a Sport with auto climate control and only the center AC knob (and the surrounding buttons), but I have never (ever) used the climate control screen for HVAC, even in manual mode ?‍

Off the top of my head:

* Power front seats in lower end models (pretty sure in '24 its only for hi level trims)
* Some sort of engine replacement (Hurricane, etc. - something with more power)
* Ventilated seats
* Integrated trailer brake controller that doesn't use the 12V socket
* Factory 35" / 4.88 (or similar) package on lower trim levels

3.Trained dealer network that doesn't deny all warranty work because the jeep is lifted.
