I've only had it since Dec 7 and 3300 miles.
So after fixing my crack and doing some other stuff, I realized that part of the issue was probably how poorly the front panels were aligned. The passenger side was fine but the driver's side was terrible. Basically, when lined up in the hole and pin up front the panel was really crooked putting undue stress on (especially) the back right corner of the driver side panel where the crack formed. I was able to fix this by loosening the two bolts that hold the pin/bracket for alignment of the top panel. Once loosened, I moved the panel around on the roof and while fully seated (pin in the hole) and once perfect, I retightened the bolts that hold the pin/bracket in. Those lock the panel into position and alignment. At least part of the problem is the large amount of play for that alignment bracket once the nuts are tightened. I'm not sure if they tighten it with the panels on or aligned at the factory but mine was definitely NOT.

Installed my front hothead liner today (first time I had the front top off) and found that the rear hard top corner was cracked. Awesome. Anyone else had this from the factory? First time I had it off so that sucks. Now to see if the dealership will agree that it's a factory defect. Without smashing a panel down and probably clamping out of place, I can't imagine how one could crack this.--I'm annoyed...

If you're waiting for dealership to solve it, I wonder if it'd be permissible to drill a hole at the end of the crack to prevent it from going further.

My top is being replaced do to the crack in the top. I'm hoping there are no issues with eh Mopar head liner I installed. I got jeep cares to help with the process.

I doubt they will warranty it. If they don’t I would definitely get some gorilla glue and run it down the crack on both sides.
