It can be folded down to the front of the bed easily. Removing the entire thing but leaving the rails that are clamped on would also be super easy. Removing everything, including the rails, wouldn’t be difficult but it isn’t something I would want to do all of the time. The rails are just held on with 4 clamps.

Avon trip in June, don’t mind the three photo bombers, my 3 yr old daughter cleans off in the bucket to get right back into the sand! Another OBX trip in a few short weeks mid September

Makalawena Beach in the 96740. Jeep is technically parked on the lava rock beach, the gate was closed. Sandy beach is about a .25 -.5 mile hike down the coast.

Nauset Beach on Cape Cod. The Gladiator is a great platform for surfing, surf fishing and general beach days.

I know about the DE surf fishing license plate, is the other a club? Don't think I've ever seen that one before, or at least paid attention.

(BTW, was on Emerald Isle last week. I spent all day every day for that week sacrificing tackle and bait to Poseidon. In return he let me pull mullets and spots left and right. Had a ditch right in front and a sand bar I could cast from with a light rip to the far end right near our rental. I landed a small pompano so that's a new species. And a nice sized sea trout. The fishing was great. We saw a LOT of sharks. Cops there drive JTs and JLUs)

I didn’t make the beach but we had. A mild cold front move in around Galveston bay so drove around the bay.

Delaware mobile surf fishing club, help keep beach access open, club tournaments , beach cleanups. Been a member since the eighties, also a member of New Jersey Beach Buggy Assoc. , and the North Carolina’s beach buggy club. All three help keep the beaches open, and the North Carolina club has battled hard to keep beaches open, they had a hell of a legal battle and the other side is well funded and basically wants beaches closed. I figure if you are running the beaches you should join and help keep them open….Jack
