Anyone try these? Quadratec has them on sale for 116.99 in their holiday catalog. Page 5.
Wondering how bright they are and if they fit well. Any help would be appreciated.

You'd look like "that guy". Do you need to see the surface of your hood that well?

Trail Recon just did a video of a guy with a killer Gladiator build and he installed some hood scoops one of which was tied to a CAI...
Donā€˜t remember the brand but you may want to check it out..
PS He works with Rebel Offroad.

Ok. I'll offer constructive thoughts. What purpose do you see them being used for?
That's almost the price of a GMRS radio....or lots of things. I'd think there are better lighting options for trail use or I could be wrong. Is it a "look cool" factor or what?
To each his own in the taste department...

I may have come off a bit not to your liking. What I meant to say was these LED would be near useless at anything other than lighting up your hood, much like the hood bars on JKs.

I also cant see the scoop doing much since the louver isnt a louver and the cutout isnt really a hole. See the Sandstorm concept for how to do the gladiator hood and fenders right.

That and you'd look like an H2 owner with more money and leas taste than normal.
