To San Diego to see family, on to Death Valley, then Great Basin Nat. Park, then Moab for a few of the trails, then back to ABQ. We cut our tree in Cibola National Forest - Colorado blue spruce at 10,000+ feet on Mt Taylor. Oh yeah, salmon dinner.

Absolutely nothing….Staying local… some baking and cooking to share with family & neighbors…… enjoying the holidays with family, eating and drinking way too much. Some trips to the gun range….. emptying out the boat and doing some maintenance before putting it to bed for the season. Tackle some home projects & organizing….and probably start planning my spring garden.

Baking for neighbors, they get a nice Christmas Stollen from me.

Christmas dinner, the Bride and I will invite an older friend over for dinner...roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, but otherwise, it's just me and the Bride.

New Year's eve, the neighbors will join us for an evening of dinner and fun. My Wife does this thing where she'll wrap some candies and things and we'll all do something for the present like, my Neighbor plays the piano as does his son, the girls (my neighbor has two daughters as well, ages 10 and 8 who like to perform) do some acrobatics and other tricks, and I get roped into playing something on the guitar for a treat. It's really fun for all. So, rather pleasant.
