Washed and vacuumed it out then installed my emergency lights as I'm now back on a VFD. Wired them to 2 open switches on my VOSwitch. Got my fire extinguisher and mount today and mounted it. It's a Drake mount knock off.

Read my mind, ive been looking to do this. Where did you put the rear camera? I am spoiled by my 2500 cummins that has the digital mirror, and sometimes i put crap ontop of my bed in the jeep and then the rearview is useless.

There's multiple places to mount. The kit comes with the bracketry to mount to a license plate frame or for a jeep JL/jk spare tire. Also depending if you have a shell or a rack you have to get creative. I made a custom way to mount mine under my JCR rack top crossbar and under my RTT. Before when hitting the trails I was inhibited by all my gear back there too. Now I get a huuuuuge view and also it pans down when I back the truck up since I wired part of it to the reverse lights. I'm not gonna lie though, the install was very time consuming wiring through the passenger side firewall and then aso the rear cab wall and along my rack. Pm me if you need any tips though.

Disclosure: im a pussy on all things electric. I had a local shop do the wiring.

I initially did the cutting in the bed to get the panel from Nilight (Amazon$16). I even bought the 14 gauge wire and planned to wire directly to battery. I ended up letting the shop use my materials to do it.

they connected the wires to a fuse, then to the battery. Cleaned up and smoothed out my hack job of cutting, powder coated the edges and sealed it up before drilling it in. The guys at the shop loved it and asked where I got it.

something to note: only the 12v outlet is marine grace a can’t speak for usb

edit: were you able to view the videos? Idk why but it says loading complete but I can’t view it - maybe a mobile thing

Video came through fine.
I used the came components but made a panel to put them closer together to keep from cutting quite as much out of the side of the truck bed.
Definitely want a fuse in the line going back there. No need for an unprotected hot line clear to the back of the truck.
Looks good.
I'm not totally concerned about the marine rating - nice because it's in the bed of a truck and I do wash that out now and then, but otherwise I have the tonneau cover to keep it all out of the weather under normal conditions.

Installed a sunrider that @Dr Feelgood sold me. Wanted to test it out, make sure everything works before putting the freedom panels back in for winter lol. Thing is pretty loud once you get past 40mph. Like, significantly noticeable. But, it's still nice to be able to open the top without getting out of the jeep(even with my sunshade on I can get the top open in a matter of seconds).
Also installed the 14 dollar dead pedal. Man what a nightmare. Everything was going great until I had to get to that bolt in the back. Also, had to order three of them before they gave me one with properly drilled holes.
