Did you just leave the dead body down behind the fender well? I’m playing close attention to this because it spooked the crap out of me when two hours after I bought my Gladiator, a buddy asked me over the phone, “Hey, did they tell you about the two batteries?”.

I’ve spent more time on Jeep forums the past ten days since I bought it reading about this, than I did on Ford F150 4x4 forums for the 110,000 miles I drove it over the past seven years.
Here’s the instructions I followed, just fyi if you end up doing it too (Lunentucker’s video post)

Yep, thanks. I had bookmarked that from a few days ago. I’m not sure what I will do when the time comes. I’m not skeered of swapping both batteries to keep it all stock. But this talk of being stranded definitely had me spooked. Ain’t nobody got time for that. So I may do the delete when the time comes.

Added MURICA’ to the side vent & window connection wrap. Something a little bit different.

Cheers! 🍻

It took some doing, but figured out an install method for the @BillieBars standalone molle panels, to work with my Fas-Top Solo soft topper. I made some spacers out of 2” wide flat 1/8” aluminum and bed cap foam. Then painted the spacers black to make them disappear mostly. I can officially confirm that these panels are compatible with Fas-Top toppers, as long as you’re attaching your Fas-top to the bed rails. I’ll call you next week, @BillieBars to give you measurements for everything. If I can find my box of hardware, I’ll throw some rotopax mounts on tomorrow.

I hung my rear Metalcloak Black shocks and wired in my camp lights. Rear shocks are great! Waiting patiently for the fronts to ship.

SUPER nice!

Don't you just love the bed rug? Next to the lift, that's the best mod I've done to my JT, IMO.

That rack and top set up is really nice! What are you going to hang on those side racks?

I can't wait for you to get the front shocks.

I have everything MC and I think those are going to be the shocks to replace my current Fox shocks. Fox and Kings are too high maintainace for the price point

For anyone looking to mount the ARB single Air Compressor, check out 813 Fabrications firewall mount. Just installed it on my 2024 Gladiator and it fits perfectly. Comes with all necessary hardware, good instructions, and the product is definitely high quality, fits perfectly and very easy to install. I also like that it keeps the compressor up nice and high and hopefully out of water submersion.

I found my rotopax hardware and put a two gallon tank on each side. If oriented sideways, the fuel door clears easily on the driver side. Now for some more stuff to put on… :)

If you haven't removed the fenders before, it's pretty easy. I was on the phone with WIldhobo the first time I did mine and he walked me through everything. I was afraid I was going to break something on my 2 month old truck but he convinced me otherwise. Just make sure you get spare clips first as you never know how many are going to break and make sure you remove all 5 bolts. My advice would be to start at the bottom near the door and use a pry tool to get those 2 or 3 clips to break loose. Then just start pulling and working your way toward the front of the truck. I was very apprehensive the first time but much more comfortable the second time.
My aux battery is about toast, i put a new main in about a year ago, I’m about to tear into this thing and you are saying just take off the entire fender to get hands on the aux battery? How’s the put it back on task? Thanks

So today, I did rear seat delete on the cheap. Did this to give the 140 lb German shepherd, 80 lb Australian Shepherd and 40 lb Australian cattle dog more space. I also wanted something to easily change seating options. For example I could have the platform in on one side the other, both sides or neither. And for on the cheap I mean under $20. I pulled that off by only needing to buy 2 2x6 and 1 can of herculiner spray in bed liner, I had one other can at home and the OSB was also just sitting in storage.

I’ve decided to make my Gladiator a dedicated camping rig. Installed KB Voodoo Aluminum rack, Nature nest rtt, and OVS awning. The brackets that came with the awning sit a little lower then I’d like, so today I ordered some aluminum bar stock, to make spacers which will allow me to move it in as well.
