If you did the temp check method, then it is correct. 5.5 to 6.5 quarts is about what most see anyways.
It was at 140 degrees when I drained it. I warmed the new fluid up to about 120-130 when I filled it.

Yea I get that. I played with mine when I first got it and thought it was a cool feature but really don't need anything but the remote start. I'm usually in close proximity of mine so I just use the remote start on the fob to warm/cool if off before leaving home or work. Honestly I have no idea what the app cost. :)
I found the app handy when we were in St. Augustine a couple of years back. Went into town to wander around, see the sights and so on. Parking was at a premium as it usually is in old towns.
We found a spot on the south side in some small church parking lot for like 5 bucks for the day and started walking - and walking - and walking. Nothing in parts of that town go straight and it was totally new to us. We ended up way north.
Crap, where the heck is the truck??? Where are WE? The maps showed places of interest, but little detail.
So I pulled out my phone and launched the app and it wasn't perfect, but got us in the right block (GPS was acting goofy for some reason)
We were literally clear across town from it - in a town we'd never been in, and where the streets don't all go straight in perfect "blocks".

App is free service is like 20 a month. It also gives ypu health reports tracks mileage , service performed , offers coupons ,gives access to used parts suppliers, valet control ,GPS boundary protection, speed warnings ( if ya let someone else drive it ..etc...

I still have the app. It does show the health of the vehicle, fuel level, tire pressure, odometer, etc... Can't remote lock doors, check GPS, and a few other things but that's ok. Maybe one day.

How bad was the bump steer? Can't raise the drag link without addressing the track bar. Could drop it on the frame side.

How do you like the high steer and who'd you go with? Did you eventually address the track bar?
I raised the track bar at the same time. So they were never out of parallel. I love it.

The Jeep app is very sluggish especially to be so basic. Only lock and unlock and remote start, no programmable start schedule, no GPS locator let alone show how fast its going if some else is driving it. When I had the initial "free" access to the remote start etc it would take up to 2 min to start or failed half the time. Then when they called to ask if I wanted to sign up to pay to continue to have access, as soon as I mentioned my issues with it the sales person hung up on me lol. Just another area they need to step up their game

I agree. I played with mine when I first got it but like you I also got delays in any action I picked.

Installed a JKS Manufacturing rear track bar. Used 9/16 Grade 8 hardware. Expecting the front track bar later this week.

If it’s like the one I had a while back, it could rust. I’d keep up on protecting the finish. But it was very strong.

Mine didn’t come with that from the factory. I added an aftermarket setup with security, gps, remote start, lock/unlock, etc. works great and the app works well. I get status like odometer and codes as well.
