The Wrangler AT Adventures that were on the truck when I bought it were down to 3 and 4 for tread depth, so it was time to make it look like less of a parking lot princess. I had KO2s on my gen 1 Raptor and loved them. Hoping these KO3s don't disappoint.

I put K03’s on mine And love em. Nice smooth and quiet ride. You’ll be happy if that’s what you’re looking for.

i gave my gladiator a lot of wood today. although no one asked how much wood can one stuff into a gladiator, i'll provide an answer. 6-1x6x16, 6-1x4x16, 4-1x4x12 and 7- 7" shiplap x12'. there may have been a little room for some pieces of shoe molding, but not much.

I hated driving across Kansas. Steering wheel cocked sideways to fight the wind, absolutely nothing to see out there, and the roads were terrible.

White letters out like a boss!

I’ve never had good luck with BFG A/Ts, but those KO3s are supposed to be much improved and a decent tire.

They’re pricey, delivered around $800
It's on my list, I have the Hothead Sunrider Headliner, and wanted to finish out the rest, so looking at options between stock and Hothead. Appreciate it.

Old man tires is what I was told when I had them. I ran the BFG AT/KO/KO2 for probably 25 years on my F150 and then Super Duty, white letters out. The KO3 looks to be a winner.

I have that same kit. Love it. Metalcloak is great for service. Do the steering parts next if you haven’t done them already you will not regret it.
It’s on the build list, doing the TMR 2.5 tonne upgrade, haven’t decided in the stabilizer yet.

Yeah I kinda figured you were aware. You seem mechanicy. Just throwing out knowledge based on past experience. Do NOT get cross drilled!! Saw one of those explode in the car in front of me at around 100 mph going down a mtn in Japan. Talk about and OS moment!
Reference the cross drilled , my uncle used to own several older hotrod cars 64½ mustang, 71 dodge charger plus a few AMC products. And He told me when I was going to get new rotors NOT to get cross drilled. He said they dont have near the lifespan of OE style.
So I went with powers top brand OE style
10k miles and all is well.

LOL I know that. The rotors are a wash in size. Front vs rear. Larger calipers and pads could make a difference. Hopefully the kit uses different rotors than the tundra, but I still don’t think that the rotors need upsizing for most owners. Jeep engineers got into a pissing contrast to have the largest rotors in its class. They’re absolutely massive for a mid sized truck. When you put them next to my 2018 Colorado rotors, they dwarf it. The Colorado is a Z71 4wd with 7k lb tow package and every other option you could get. Not some 4 banger work truck.
IMO the rotor size on the JT is less of an issue. It’s that they only have two pistons in front, and one on the rear calipers. They aren’t strong enough to beat the torque of 4low.

Yeah. I think the calipers in that kit can make a difference.
