New to me Rubicon rear seats so I don't have to deal with fur as much. Passenger rear headrest removed for better visibility out the back. They were stored for over a year folded so thats why the center seat cushion is deformed. I'm hoping the high heat in Utah will smooth it out some. If not no big deal.

I also got a quote of $47 for windshield wipers at dealership. I used my wipers 3 times max before they fell apart.
My wife just dropped a good bit on wipers for her 4Runner. I probably need some here soon. What ones did you go with and why? I need to find the magic wipers that will last longer than a year.

I didn’t buy any yet. I paid $27 for the same cheap OEM wipers one year ago. Used them 3 times. I walked out on principal knowing I will have to pay $47 this time around and they will be destroyed by the dry heat in about a year. I told the parts guy that I will just buy some the next time we are expecting rain.

I have the same issue with wipers. Dry heat at 110+ during the summer then in the teens during the winter just destroys them. I’m still looking for the magic wiper bullet.

I've been buying these, and they have been pretty good. Interested in seeing what others use if there are cheaper ones.

With what I spend in oil changes, air filter and now wipers, it's like owning a Mercedes.

You want cheaper than $15? Thanks for the link. I will try them and see if they work for me.
Haha, yes, less than $15 would be great. I'm cheap. They have been lasting just over a year in the SoCal sun. I park outside. I can't tell that they are any worse than the overpriced factory ones.

I've tried other more expensive ones and they don't always fit well. If these fit like OEM then I'm fine with that. I've never needed anything special here in the desert. In Texas, we had bugs the size of e of birds. Here we barely have any which has been a nice side benefit.

I thought going more expensive they would last longer. I was wrong. You’re basically renting the wipers from the sun for a few months. Of course they are dead right before ya need em. Every time. :like:
