They take so much stress with bigger tires. And a decent amount with 33’s. My 2.5 ton tie rod I think is finally bent. It’s on my list. I had to adjust the drag link to the end of adjustment to get the wheel almost straight.
I did that a to a trail gear one on a toy axle had FJ-80 TRE's my link looked like a frown bent it straight then welded angle iron to it that was before hydro steer

That’s exactly what I did on the front ones. Instead of cutting a slot. Not completely buttoned up and still need to do the side trail rails, but it’s finally a usable bed again.

Camping I hard rain is a thing. But if you just sit by the fire under an awning and deal, it can still be rewarding. Nice job sticking it out. No fun to break camp wet anyway. I HATE having to dry out a tent when we get home.

The left side and top of my steering wheel was pretty bad. The bonded surface had deteriorated and was grimy feeling. Ran across a repair kit on Amazon. Pretty easy to prep and apply. Although it's a five step process, it goes pretty quick. Instructions say it can be handled in three hours and fully cures in a week. Once I put some conditioner on it, it should make the surface match pretty close to the rest of the wheel. Even if the texture is slightly off, it is so much better than it was. Hopefully, it holds up.

Let's see what I did today. Changed the fluids in the transfer case, both diff's, and the transmission. Have close to 75,000 on it. So it was do. Plus in the process of cleaning the interior.

Installed some 6.5" Kicker KS lower dash speakers and enclosure pods to go with the same pair in the sound bar and Audio Uprising upper dash speakers (80mm with 20mm tweeters). I knew going in you have to remove a lot of stuff to get to the lower dash speakers, but it does feel like you're taking the whole dash out. I used AI and put in the head unit (Stinger Heigh10+) and speakers I have, and it gave me recommended settings for crossover, time alignment, EQ, and gain. Came out sounding great and way better than the stock non-amplified sound system!

I've been putting off the transmission change, how'd that go for you? You do the whole 30 step temperature process or just drain and fill?

I took advantage of my day off to change oil/filter, fuel filter and grease RCV axles. Ready for big summer trip in June!
