I just had 4 new tires (285/65R20) installed on my Overland and now I have 4 nearly new used tires (275/55R20s with less than 10K miles) to sell. The dealer said they don't deal with used tires? Any thoughts ?

I sold the 18" tires from my Overland when I bought the General A/Tx tires I have now using FB marketplace.
Ironically, it was an AMC guy who lived 2 miles from me who bought them!
He was selling his Toyota truck and that truck had toast tires, they were shot. He figured he'd sell his truck faster and for more money with new tires on it so he bought my Overland 18" take-offs.
We had to laugh when he came to pick them up - he drove a Wrangler, was into the cars like I am, we see each other at swap meets, and I advertise on FB marketplace and here he is, walking distance from me. I posted the ad on FB and he came and bought them less than 24 hours later.
I also sold them fairly cheap, too, though - didn't need tires aging taking up space.

OR, advertise them here in the forum member marketplace

You won't get much for them.
Sell them in Facebook marketplace.

Yeah, it will expose then to non-Jeep people needing tires for other vehicles, like the guy who bought mine for use on a Toyota truck.
Won't get that exposure here............

Maybe offerup or craigslist?

I've had more luck with offerup.

I am still puzzled as to how mine came with 20" rims? Not complaining but was surprised when I went to get new tires.

Did you have the black 20s that come on the High Altitude models?

275/55/20 is a stock F150 size. They should sell pretty easy on Marketplace.

Craigslist, you might as well send your info straight to that prince in Nigeria.

For reference, my Mojave wheels and tires I sold for $600 with 14k miles on them via Facebook marketplace within about 12 hours of posting. A toyota guy bought them to use the 33" M/Ts on his truck and sell the wheels later.

I sold my rubicon wheels and tires, with 1900 miles, for $800. I try and price low because I don't like haggling.

That was my gut feeling when I saw the 20s on an Overland.......

If that's the case they should sell easy on FB

Much easier sell, though, than Overland wheels and tires........... people take those off and put Rubicon tires and wheels on.

In addition to the F150 that 275/55r20 was the OEM size on my Nissan Titan. Same goes for the Armada and QX80 so there's a bunch of trucks and SUVs with that.
FB Marketplace all the way, there will be someone looking to pay less than full price for tires that expensive

You’re right. I didn’t even think about that. I was lumping all jeep wheels and tires into one pile.

I bought Rubicon take-offs, ran them for a few months to see if liked them, the difference they made, etc. then decided to sell the Rubicon wheels and tires and got not only a couple hundred less than I paid for them.
Still, the Overland tires do fit other things, other makes and models, so there's bound to be a market, but it would be outside of the Jeep world, at least in may pretzel logic thinking.
