Hoping for some input, I had a lift and 35's installed on my sport JT, wheel spacers were installed to keep from rubbing as I have Rubi takeoff wheels. The shop that installed them put the spacers on with Loctite. I know I want to periodically check the torque on the spacers, when doing so should I just torque it down or should I be removing the bolts and re-installing with fresh loctite? Also for people with spacers how often do you retorque? My Jeep gets daily driven and off roads moderate trails about once a month. Any other advice or tips are much appreciated, Thanks!

I put my factory JTR wheels on my daughter's JKU with spacers. I retorque them when I rotate her tires, but I don't remove the nuts that hold them on since they're secrured with loctite. I would only take them off completely and reset them if you find they're loose when you go to retorque them. That being said, I may reapply loctite every other tire rotation, just as added insurance.

every tire rotation I check torque with calibrated wrench set to 5 ft-lbs less than original torque spec. You don't want to disturb the loctite bond. If one moves, remove it, clean threads and reinstall with new red loctite. I have yet to ever have one lug nut be loose and I have been using them on multiple Jeeps for over 10 years.

My tire store said they don't recheck the torque as the nuts were loctited. I thought they should be retorqued to.
