Very nice. Even with the spacer. Although I may not do a spacer at all now, if I were to I would want it to be for aesthetic reasons and not function, especially with my back and forth tire/size on stock wheel dilemma. But that looks nice, not too much as I was saying a 2in spacer can do. That's the perfect amount in my opinion if I were going that route.
without the wheel spacer you still have plenty clearance on stock suspension parts. At least 1" is the closest I remember when turning locked wheel I believe on stabilizer bar. I have some pics but need to dig them up. Theres plenty of guys running the 285/75/18 which is perfect for the 7.5" rim also on a stock truck. Those are slightly taller than the 295 almost or taller as some 35s you're considering but narrower

Right. I was researching that size too. I'm kind of leaning toward the 295/70/18 now in a Cooper Discoverer XLT. Although the 285/75 is closer to a true 35, at 34.8 to be exact. Im fine with the 295/70's which is a 34.3 but a slight bit wider. I like the compromise.

I'll decide on the spacer afterwards. Long as it fits without it as you say which is the main thing for. And I believe it should be totally fine.

Nice. This helps a bit. For me it's been hit or miss with other's reviews on their Wildpeaks. I've been initially leaning towards a Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT, which they make in a 275/70/18 (33) or the 35x12.5/18 which I'm considering.

I'm not opposed to the Wildpeaks but I've heard the Coopers are more quiet and more road friendly since that would be my main use. Very light off road here. Not sure if Cooper of what other brands make the 295/70s you mention besides Falken. May need to research that.

Any chance you got side shots showing how much the tire sticks out if any or how deep inside they go for that matter? No other fitment issues to make those work, leveling kit, etc? Although I plan on a leveling kit regardless.
Here the picture I think you are looking for. These pictures are all with stock suspension and on road there is zero rub, 1/2”-3/4” from LCA’s and sway bar links with steering locked either direction. Fenders are very close to rubbing front and rear when flexed out, so I have since added a Rubicon take off suspension for about 3/4” of lift, but still have a 1.5” leveling kit and 3/4” rear spacer to throw in before I wheel it hard again.

For a tire review I am very happy, wearing evenly with no cupping after 10k miles, E load was a concern for me afraid they would be too stiff but after chalk testing and figuring out they ride even at 32PSI cold they don’t feel stiff at all, they will rattle your fillings out at the 44 psi the tire shop told me to run them at though.

jumping between my wife’s JLU Sahara with highway tires and my Gladiator I can hardly tell a difference.

Just to throw it in here also, the bottom image is a member here. 285/75 with I believe a mopar lift. Absolutely perfect stance imho, they should've come out the factory this way.

No rubs at all with the 1 1/2" spacers?

No issues
That a 1.5 inch leveling kit by teraflex youre referring to? or a terafex wheel spacer? Saying spacer makes me think of an actual wheel spacer. Just trying to confirm.

Damn, that is exactly what I'm looking for. My Overland is on order but I know those stock minivan tires are going to be the first things to go. All you needed for your 295/70s was the TeraFlex leveling kit and that's it?

295s will fit on a stock Overland with no issues. No spring spacers or wheel spacers. Ran it like that for a few thousand miles.

I’m getting 295s in a few weeks. They’ll fit without the leveling kit. Most just do it for other reasons or in my case aesthetics. I’ll be doing the same. So it’s not needed but if you want the extra space or just to get rid of the factory rack, than it’s a simple alternative to a full out lift.
