So, I am still in the decision process on wheels. After messaging with someone from Rock Krawler, they recommended wheels with 3.5" BS would be best but could either run a less BS wheel with a spacer or could run maybe 4.5" BS and possible adjust the steering stop to account for any slight rubbing. This is based on their 3.0" kit running 35s. I think he was most likely accounting for worse case scenario on turns and wheel travel as I would expect.

With this in mind, I would rather not run spacers or adjust the steering stop (washers or other). Finding a non beadlock wheel in 3.5" BS is very limited. Anybody have some suggestions.

Some wheels I may look at if deciding I'm ok with beadlocks:

• Method 106 in either all black, bronze, or maybe see if I can get the machined ring with black wheel.
• KMC Grenade Crawl in black with machined ring
• Dirty Like 9301 in satin gray with black ring
• Dirty Life Mesa Race in either all black, bronze, or maybe see if I can get the machined ring with black wheel.

I just put bronze on my truck and today our green Wrangler is also getting bronze wheels. My wife was concerned about bronze being "overdone", so we started counting vehicles with black or alloy wheels vs bronze. I think one day we settled on a ratio of over 60 black/alloy wheels to every one vehicle with bronze before we lost count.

I think we notice bronze wheels more because they stand out from the crowd, but they aren't that common.

It's funny...I was talking to my oldest son and daughter and my son likes the Dirty Life wheels (9303 Satin Gray or Mesa Race Matte Black) and my daughter likes the Method wheels (Method 106 Bronze or Method 106 Matte Black). What's y'alls opinion?

But that's just my opinion, it's your truck so make it yours.

I kind of thought the 9303 lines may get too busy. The only real concern with the 106 Bronze is whether or not liking the bronze color long term especially with not seeing it in person first. The black isn't unique but kind of "safe" as far as color scheme.

Yep, that's my personal preference, but I like the look of the Method bronze and have it on my truck. We also just got some 15" bronze Methods on the green LJ and they look fantastic. I think black is overdone and boring. The LJ had black steel wheels before the bronze went on and I think it looks way better now.

All black is the least interesting wheel choice, in my opinion.

I like the deeper bronze of the Method over the more gold color of Dirt Life - but the are both good looking wheels.

Well, I was set to order the KMC Tank in bronze and then found out there are only 3 and would have to wait 60-90 days plus on the others. So Kind of trying to decide on a more subdued look in the KMC Tank Anthracite or go with Method 106 bronze. Any thoughts out there?

I’m voting for the Method 106s. They look pretty sharp.

The KMCs are a true bead lock, did you need beadlocks? Also, someone may correct me if I'm wrong, but don't some places have laws against beadlocks for street use?

The Dirty Life wheels are very similar to the Fuel Rebel 5. I'm running the Fuels on mine since I needed a 18" wheel for the new 37/12.5 R18 tires I already had. The quality is really nice. Easier to keep clean than some of the others I was thinking about before settling on the Rebel 5s

Dirt Lifes are a optional true beadlock as well. Either you mount the outer bead inboard the lip like DOT or outboard the lip and use optional bead rings.

I have a pair of the DT-1 in satin gold sitting in my garage waiting for the stock tires to wear down for new tires.

They are a big beefy rim fyi.

Another option is the KMC Grenade Crawl black with machined ring or the Raceline RT951 BZ in bronze finish with black ring. Anybody have any experience with the Raceine Wheel?
