No. It’s a video game thing. Where do I lower the difficulty and restart the level/challenge. Make sense?

Looks like a fun evening. Just kidding, I regeared my '01 4x4 Ram about two years after I bought it. Did it the same way you're doing, on jackstands in my garage at home. I worked in management at the time, I could have afforded to have it done, but just didn't want to pay to have something done that I could do myself. A tech that I knew was willing to do it for $100 per axle, but I didn't want to spend that money. Rear axle was easy enough, front axle went well until time to set the pinion bearing preload. I succeeded in crushing the sleeve, got the preload correct and finished the job. Saved the $200 for regearing both axles. The copay for the hernia surgery was a good bit more than $200, though. Good luck, be careful and don't hurt yourself.

Oh man!!! For me I would load an older game save and grind as much EXP Pts and farm as much money to upgrade all my weapons before I try a re-gear on my own.
