I have Dual Friction and love it. Huge improvement over stock. No burning smell when backing a trailer (3 ATV 7x14 dual axle ~ 3,200lbs) or in low gear crawling.
I have not driven a CF II Jeep but my guess is that the pedal effort is more/stiffer and the engagement point is a bit more aggressive with a Dual Friction setup. I drove mine 5,600 miles from PA to Yellowstone and back and was glad I had a great clutch and flywheel.
I also had 0 clutch smell pulling a "trailer." (Suburban stuck in snow pulling a 8000lb travel trailer) it was amazing!

Sorry to revive this old thread.
But……

how are these center force clutches holding up with some miles on them now?

23k miles and no issues. I’ve towed, off-roaded, drove loaded cross-country. Pricey but worth every penny!

My new manual Mojave has pleasant light clutch pedal pressure but the engagement ZONE is vague making 1st gear starts funky. I have 1300 miles so far and its improving but I'd sure prefer a traditional clutch behavior. Don't need a heavier pedal though. I wonder if Centerforce will have crank size issue will get sorted any time soon.
I'm hitting 1k miles and finally the clutch feels better. I hated it for the first 800 or so miles.
