I have a plate - it was mounted on my 2020 and my 2022 - but the one I have does make the winch sit a bit low.
So was looking for options..
Some of those plates (Warn for example) will just not work with my truck due to the 2" receiver and plow mounting bar up front. I need to stay clear of certain frame holes and some of those either use the same holes, or cover them up. So my options are quite limited.

Grimm includes a couple of them with their plates. Appear to be 1/4".

Those are bumper spacers, not winch spacers.
Those push the bumper forward away from the winch for clearance and go between the end of the frame and the bumper.

A forum member actually makes nice bumper spacing plates.

No, the bumper spacers are a square shape each with 4 holes that match the 4 bolts to secure the bumper to the frame rails. The Grimm winch mounting plate I received had two of these in the kit. The hole spacing matches the winch mounting pattern in the narrow sides.

Their instructions and marketing photos don't show those......they only show and mention the bumper spacers - a hollow rectangle with holes at each corner. You'd never know those spacers were included!

Send Cut Send has an online design tool so that you may be able to design the spacers, out of whatever material you want, and they can manufacture and send them to you.

I designed some light brackets on their website out of 3/16" aluminum and had them made. Was fairly pain free. Not the cheapest route by any means, but to get exactly what you want...

I don't think I'll be needing these for my set-up. I'd be glad to give these to you if you would like them. They looked about a 1/4" thick but I can mic them if needed.

Marine starboard in black would work fine. It comes in various thickness and easy to work with.
