- My window sticker says Black Sunrider soft top under " Exterior" section of the window sticker, the and the truck came the 3 Piece freedom top but no sunrider. Am i owed a Sunrider top?

Only if in the extras section it says something like dual top, otherwise the hardtop replaced the soft top.

If you should have both it would say this.

I take it says that under "standard equipment" but under options it will list the 3-piece hard top. The 3-piece hard top replaces the sun rider as already mentioned.
