Window switch wear

It’s a small matter, has anyone had the rubber on the power window switches fall apart? Looking for ideas on a future fix. ?

Someone makes little caps for them. Saw them on the forums. I think they come in colors too.

Look around on ebay for JL or JLU window switches and look at their pictures. This is pretty normal if they get used a lot.
I put purple caps on the window switches in my wife's JLU (you'll never guess her favorite color or the color of her Jeep)
When I finally get new switch levers made for her, that will resolve this little issue.
It's common from the looks of the used switches for sale out there.

I've worn edge off on driver's side window switch too. Them covers could be a snazzy thing to prevent more wear.

Why can't Jeep make a window switch? Wife's MDX is 10 years old, 150k miles. 0 wear on window switches.

Looking back...even my fox body Mustangs never had window switch wear....actually....no other vehicle I've ever owned has....

To prevent switch wear just take the doors off.
