If you have a cricut machine, you can buy glow in the dark vinyl and cut out your letters. Wife has done various projects and it does well

I don't have a Cricut, and also I assume each letter would have to be applied individually? I think you'd also have to back the letters so the lights wouldn't compete.

Or...huh, I have a Brother label printer, which is how I made my labels. Look for glow in the dark tape, and damn, only available for Epson printers. But now, I'm thinking that glow in the dark tape with a clear label and black letters would work great.

Or...is there room for a light in the dash just above the switches...

I found some companies that make custom glow in the dark stickers, that's an option, but expensive for a single sticker. A group buy would drive price down. It's almost $10 for one, but $5 for 10+. And each legend would count as a new single order.

the letters/function are printed together. They are then attached all together with transfer paper. Really simple letters are solid so light would not bleed through.

Right, the letters are solid, but have no backer, right? So since they don't match the letters already on the switch, they would show through?

I probably only need a little more temptation to get a Cricut, like a 3D printer, it's useful for random shit.

How much do you use the machine? Other cool stuff you do here and there? I like my label printer for all sorts of random marking needs. The 3D printer for also minor, but useful little things. Want to make a few glow in the dark labels for a profit?

let me check with the expert, my wife. Pm me what you want the labels to be. She has made the wave for my outside mirrors and a ton of shirts.

Shirts? So cutting iron-on material I assume?

Here's what I have now, and I *think* the remaining blank would be "REAR" for backup lights.

COMP
FRONT
SIDE

Which are compressor, front long-range LED beams, and side angle lights.

Sorry guys. Letters are too small for the machine to cut without ripping. Wife is going to stick with t-shirts and larger vinyl stickers.

Has anyone found any solutions to this in the past year?
I’m still hopeful, though not optimistic.
