I want to hard wire my dash cam and it needs 2 power feeds (switched/unswitched), the hard wire kit has excellent connectors for the fuse box, but what's the best route? I've seen videos that the Wranglers (gas) have a grommet behind the glovebox, but the diesel firewall and engine compartment is different and I don't see such an easy course. How have others routed accessory wires? Or did you pull power from under the dash? I'd prefer not to go that way.

If you're not worried about wire length and have an auto, there is a hole on the drivers side for the clutch that is just plugged on the autos. Its just a plastic plug thats easily removed and drilled. I used this and then ran my wires back across the engine bay through the conduit thats already there. Very easy to do.
