Hi -
I currently have my light bar wired directly to the battery (30a); but would like to wire it so it only gets power/can be switched on when the battery is running. Is there somewhere in the fuse box or elsewhere I can wire this so it doesnt always have power?

Fuse #52 in the fuse box is switched. Use an Add-A-Ciricuit to tap into it https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083R55DBT

Also: If your LED's support higher voltage than 12v (most do) - consider a step-up transformer to use 24v or even 36v to power your LED lights. The higher the voltage, the lower the amperage. The lower the amperage, the thinner gauge wire you'll need to run up to the roof. Plus - they'll light quite a bit brighter.

If you have the factory AUX switches, you should have a bundle of wires near your battery and one of them is tied to the ignition.

Attached is the RUN/ACC and RUN/START diagram. I think your best bet is tapping into the F52 fuse which is the 12VDC port on the center console if you do not have the AUX switch break outs.

Awesome, Thank you.
So I remove the current fuse from 52, insert tap into 52, insert 20A fuse into bottom tap slot... And do I leave the top slot empty since my light bar fuse is already in line on the harness?

No, you’ll need a fuse in there to complete the circuit so electricity can flow through it.
