Same here, had a nice vibration above 65. Had my shit rebalanced, and everything is nice and smooth again.

Are you wobbling after a new tie rod and drag link were installed, or are you asking if a new tie rod and drag link will help solve your problem?

I have right at 6500 miles on mine and just installed an Apex Chassis 2.5 ton HD tie rod and drag link. With the stock tie rod and drag link, no wobble whatsoever, after the Apex install, massive death wobble as soon as I neared 45 mph. True death wobble where you have to slow and pull to the side of the road for it to stop. I've dialed in the alignment to right at 1/8" toe in and it is nearly vibration free. I've seen recommendations all over the map. Anywhere from 1/16" toe in to 1/8" toe out. I'm guessing mine will be just about right at 1/16" toe in.

With stock tie rod and drag link:

Hi Scott. You have described what has happened to me recently. I've had the Clayton Overland 2.5" lift since my Gladiator had 50 miles on it. It's been a fantastic lift. Fast forward to 16k miles. I recently added a new 2.5 ton aluminum tie rod and drag link, as well as new Dynatrac Ball joints and my Gladiator started to wobble on the way home from a week long overlanding trip. I did find a track bar bushing that needed to be replaced, but after replacement, I still have a wobble when I hit a bump, especially when I'm in a slight turn. What did you find to fix your wobble issue? I can feel a click with my hand on the drag link or pitman arm and suspect the steering box (it is steel). The dealership blamed it on the "upfitter draglink". I can't see how this is possible, as this is so much more stout than the factory draglink. Now I'm thinking of purchasing the Steer Smarts Sector Shaft Brace with track bar reinforcement or the Metal Cloak Sector shaft brace and separate reinforcement bracket.

As someone who has finally fixed the death wobble on a vehicle that was giving me all kinds of issues, lemme start by saying that a sector shaft brace will only help that if the track bar hole on the steering side has been wollowed out by the bolt. Maybe check that first. Other than that, make sure EVERYTHING is torqued down correctly. The track bar is a torque spec + angle I believe. What ended up being my problem was the steersmarts track bar I put in gets loose on the adjustment bolts all the time and needs retorqued every time I go off road. I probably won't go with a track bar style like this again.

So I just had the Clayton Overland 2.5 kit installed as well. Approximately 2-3k miles in it and wobble wobble. What was your fix if you did get it solved. Watched a bunch of YT videos. Lots of people saying more or less the same thing. Checking tightness today.
