I traded in my 2021 JTRD for $36800 in November. Dealer listed for $49k, dropped down to $41k around new year’s and they still have it… but now listed at $44k.

Is that with tax too? If so seems like more then 20k off assuming the warranty was around 2k and taxes another 2k. That would be like 40% off MSRP. Where was this at? 40% would get me to buy today

Not exactly sure how the math works out. But I had a $28,000 trade, so I only was taxed on the difference that saved me a lot on Florida sales tax, that I also had a due balance on that extended warranty that credited me on the new one. Even so the price I signed papers for was including a $15,000 discount no mater the bottom line, I bought new what a used 2023, with 12,000 miles was going for! With a rag top and small touch screen.

While the truth about this deal is debatable. My wife and I bought a 2024 Sport S, hardtop, automatic with rear cross traffic alert with all LED lights except head/fog/front turn and drl. Plus heated seats and steering wheel, adaptive cruise control that’s amazing in bumper to bumper traffic at all speeds, plus auto stop. With UConnect 4 G LTE WIFI HotSpot. In Chrystal Granite Metallic and matching alloy wheels. No Max Tow, so only 1,140 lbs payload, with 245/75-17 HT tires that all together offers a great ride, nice handling especially in moderate heavy rain. The MSRP was $51,600, with a $15,000 discount came to $34,400 out the door including an extended warranty 84mo/100,000 miles!

I bought a nearly identical Sport S this past July. Same colors, same options. I paid significantly more. It was discounted, but not like that. Congrats on a screaming deal..
