I watch a interview of him awhile back and he talked about things like this. Seems he is inundated with similar suggestions and he has basically stated that while he appreciates the work people put into such things, he is not interested in "one offs" being added to his collection unless they have historical significance and/or he perceives it as something that moves the vehicle technology forward. Unless it is a classic George Barris build, he does really pivot towards theme or novelty builds.
