I have a rubber 13" antennae with a copper coil and it gets better reception than the stock whip antennae.

Maybe, not sure, never had any luck out of the rubber ones but I could be wrong. The Aluminum small ones have always got me the best reception as far as anything better than stock.

There's a key version and 4 number tumbler lock version.

Well from that picture, I don't know your options, but:

Bedliner
Shorty antenna
All weather mats
Locking Hood Latches
Door Sill Guards

They were my first 5, followed by a lift that you said to exclude.

It is. But it’s so deep I was losing stuff in the bottom. I just put in an inexpensive plastic tray to make it two layers deep.
