Your truck is Ugly!?

In about a month I have gotten three "I like your Jeep's" and one "Your Jeep is badass" from four complete strangers. Not as many comments as I got on my SRT Challenger, but not too bad for an ugly truck.

I have to say the YJ was a sad excuse for a 2D Jeep. I owned a 4 banger w/ half doors and it was pathetic, especially coming from a CJ7. The straight six wasn't exactly a power house back then but I've owned snow mobiles that had more HP than that YJ.

Fer sher, fer sher...even the 258 ci I-6 couldn’t push 75 miles per hour unless headed down hill, with wind on the tail..

Still...mine went everywhere I ever pointed it.

Love my Gladiator, but from the back her butt IS ugly

I’ve heard it described as a chick with big boobs, but no ass. I think that is correct lol

When I bought a new 2013 JKU, dune color, my wife said it was ugly. I told her, don't worry it will grow on you and it eventually did. I had people pull up next to me at traffic lights and complement me on the color. Everybody likes different things and I didn't buy my Gladiator to pleas anybody, but myself. Do you like or dislike, dune?

I've seen the Mercedes so-called "SUV", and the QS-whatevers around me and I can't stand to look at them, or the Flex - that was ugly. I know folks here love the Land Rovers, but I think their butts are butt ugly, IMO.

I don't care if people don't love how the JT looks, I like mine a lot and think it looks just fine.

LOL I have a Ford Flex and a Gladiator. Double the ugly I guess

Form fits function in this case. I have always modified my vehicles immediately after purchase. This time I am just enjoying the stock mode and look. I’ll eventually build the JT to my needs but soooo many options are yet to come for this truck.

Ugly, well I had two comments from the neigh sayers. One from my oldest daughter and one from a woman on our local trailhead Mntn bike parking lot.

My daughter said “ugly” from the start, but now with the rack and bed cover she thinks it looks much better.

The lady at the trailhead was just mad at me . She, the husband and her teenage boy showed up with two large dogs no leashes to go on a “mountain bike only” (labeled and legally designated by state parks) trail as I was about to ride.

I told them that politely, and they said they were going anyway. I asked them to leash leash their dogs. They didn’t and when I got back to the trailhead another rider was attacked and busted up pretty badly by their dogs off leashes. I broke up the fight as the “the bad doggy people husband ” was about to get his ass kicked.

After the busted up Mntn biker left the woman looked at me and my truck. She said “that is one ugly ass truck, I hear those are the same as a Honda Ridgeline. Not a real pickup truck.”. I smiled and said thanks, nothing funnier than a grown ass woman trying to pick a fight! Then she got into her Pontiac Aztec and drove off! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder were my exact thoughts at that moment. The hubby flipped me off and left in a separate car .
