Most of the time it seems folks like to show their vehicles in pristine condition. All washed and polished. like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

This thread is to show off your pinstripes, scrapes, scuffs and dents. The things that may, or most like will not, “buff out”.

Mine sees the dirt regularly. Also trees and bushes that have been burnt in a fire do not bend when you drive through them. They are like long, sharp fingernails sticking out into the trail.

This is probably the worst of my injuries, and it’ll stay that way for the life of the vehicle.

Worst ive had thus far was a dent a little bigger than fist sized on the passenger side near where your tub caved in. Thankfully most of it pulled out and the rest will be hiddin by armor. I put ppf on my doors and along the belt line the day after I bought it which has otherwise prevented pinstriping.

Some a-hole keyed my tailgate. Vandalism v. Trail damage… there’s a difference but try to explain that to my wife.

You’re right surface scratches may buff out as long as they’re not too deep past the clear coat. Dent on the other can be pulled with dentless paint repair but if the paint is cracked it body work. So sorry to see those damages.

Here’s my weekend hoppy spent on my gladiator. Finally installed my Rugged Ridge Venator and X-Bull 13.5K LBS Winch. It was hot as heck too! But got it down by myself.

Mud pulled and ripped the rear bumper (kinda fixed it with some zip ties for now), trying to find a used factory steel, just upgraded the front to steel.

Theres not a lot of branches and shrubs to scratch up the paint, out in the desert. But plenty of gravel and small stones. A year in and the only damage Ive got is a paint chipped rear door hinge
