My Build: 2023 Jeep Rubicon Gladiator on 40's

2023 Jeep Rubicon Gladiator
40 inch Cooper discover STT pro tires
KMC Machete Beadlocks
Rebel Off Road, summer series, front and rear bumpers,
Rebel Off Road JT recon 6 inch kit with King coil over bypass front shocks with AGM Sliders and king bypass shocks in the rear
Evo rear 6 inch coils
Teraflex long arm kit front and rear
Rock Slide Engineering power steps
Rock Jock front and rear sway bars
Adams driveshaft,
Synergy Sector shaft brace

And more parts in the garage waiting to go on: Teraflex ball joints, drag link and tie rod, Teraflex adjustable steering stabilizer.

Hopefully by the end of summer, I will have a Dana 60 in the front and A Dana 70 axle in the rear. I’m sure I have forgotten about some stuff in the garage waiting to go on also.

Very Nice!!!!!! Question: Should the sway bars point that far off parallel from the ground? Is there some sort of suggested angle on sway bars anyway?

Nice build, did you remove the factory sway bar disconnect and go with an anti-rock in the front instead?

Not sure if you’re looking at the pictures of it on the ground or on the jack stands but yes, the sway bar should point up otherwise there’s a chance of reversal if they are at straight 90.

Yes, I’ve had a few Rubicon’s now and I always seem to be having problem’s with the solenoid on there and I know Evo makes a disconnect, but I still like to have a little sway bar while doing/going mild+ off roading.

Thank you. Yes, I have installed all of it….. I’ve installed two long arms kit’s now, not that hard at all…… a shop will do the final alignment, which won’t happened till the end of the year after the axles……

ALL THIS ON A 3.6 LITER?

John Currie explains in this video at the 6:00 mark.

The arms should be oriented so they are parallel to the ground when the suspension is in the middle of it's travel.

Yep…… but!……. My dad is a TV repair man and he’s got an awesome set of tools. We’re gonna tuneup this V6 to unlike any other…….. lol.
