Unsolved vibration

I have a 2020 sport S max tow with a Clayton leveling kit, 3/4 Daystar spacer in the rear, Falcon steering stabilizer on factory 17" steel wheels and 285/70/17 BFG KO2s. I have dealing with vibration for about a month and can't seem to figure out what it is. Initially I had the tires rotated and balanced, and they were all out of balance. A week later I had to rebalance them and they were again all out of balance. The third time I balanced them a couple were out and the last time, a couple days ago, I had them rebalanced they were all good, yet it still vibrates the same. It actually feels a lot like a light wobble.
The vibration sets in right at 63 mph and gets worse around 70 mph. Hitting bumps or rough road has no affect on it.
Any ideas or suggestions of which front end components to check before I spend a bunch of money on new tires?

Are you going to the same shop for the balance each time? Just throwing this out there, but did you ask for a road force balance on a Hunter? It seems strange that the tires were out of balance each time, like the balance wasn't good to start with, or the weights are moving or falling off.

I've been going to Discount Tire. I did go to two different stores. I know I should probably go to a completely different store, but I hate paying for something I can get for free. They did do a road force balance each time.

Still sounds like tires if you move them around does the vibration change? Bfgs are known for balancing like shit. My km3s took almost 20 oz a piece and still don't feel like they're perfect.

Thought about skipping weights and going to balance beads?? Usually 37+ tires are more common for beads…. But I don’t think the concept is tire size specific…. Should also help as the tires wear…

Easiest way to tell if it's the tires or not, find someone who has a JT or JL that has zero vibration issues with their tires. Ask if can you swap for a road test.

If the vibration goes away, tires. If the vibration doesn't go away, you have another issue.

Well the vibration did start after a rotation over a month ago...the two fronts have been swapped, but it didn't change much. Maybe I need to do a full rotation again.

This. Sesame Street engineering for the win! An easy and effective way to eliminate the wheels/tires as the problem. Doesn't even have to be a gladiator, could be a wrangler.

One of your tires is likely out of round. Have them rotated again and move the fronts to the back and see if it improves. This can be mitigated if you can find a shop that will do tire shaving. I've had this happen a couple of times and a local shop has been able to correct it for me.

I was thinking U-joint but if it started after the rotation, then I would keep looking there.
Is it the same during acceleration and deceleration? If it is just speed that matters and no type of torque load, then tires make the most sense. Also, does it phase in and out? Could it be tire chop? Aggressive treads can be choppy and have to wear back in after a rotation, even if it is just the shoulders.
