A slow transmission leak that doesn't even make drops on the ground is nothing to worry about.
I write this as someone who worked as a service writer and technician when I was younger.

If I needed it, I'd drive it out with the spare key. But again, if I was in your situation, I'd be happy as a clam driving around in their truck.
yes theoretically you could, but then they would/could likely claim when you returned that you damaged it by driving it when told not to. In which case your warranty related to those items would likely be void. It does not seem like a smart path to take, IMO.

Maybe I didn't give enough info, its disassembled, trans is out, xfer case is out, output shaft seal is out, replacement seals have all been incomplete, so unable to fix it at the moment. I am happy with the RAM, might even go for a full size truck (not a ram) if anything lengthy happens again in the near future.

This is correct, it was also loosely mentioned when I was there before they yanked the seal. I didnt push it, no need to really.
