Just a reminder that if you have a 2020 model and experience water dripping from the top gutter when opening your front door after heavy rain and/or a car wash, there is a Technical Service Bulletin remedy available through your dealership! Reference TSB 23-041-21 Rev A. Please note, this repair is covered under the provisions of your 3 Year/36,000 mile new vehicle basic warranty.

Mine is a 2022 and it does it, and Im hating it. Runs right into the floor board after you open the door. If its a TSB I want it fixed....

Honestly since Jeep has refused to address the steering TSB for me I have zero expectations thag they’d do anything on this.

I have a 2020 but im more than double the warranty period haha if you get this done could you post up what they do? Ill pay for it if its worth it.

I will definitely post what they do. But hopefully we get a copy of the TSB which should make it clear. I know when I got the steering box fix it was very clear from online TSB forms what was going to happen.
