Just went to 35's from 33's. Rubicon. Have 2 issues, which I might have had previously but if so, it's more pronounced now.

1. On anything other than a perfectly flat road, the truck pulls to the left slightly. With the 33's I feel like it did that on roads with a decent crown to them but seems more to be more frequent now. On the highway, it seems to track pretty straight with maybe a tiny pull to the left.

2. The steering wheel is cocked to the right about 10*. If I try to straighten it, the truck goes to the left.

Was going to bring it in for an alignment but not sure if that's what it really needs? Was watching some videos on youtube and it seems like adjusting the tie rod will help with the alignment but doesn't seem to address the steering wheel issue. Not sure if the two are related or two separate issues.

Start by checking the tire inflation.

You need to adjust your steering wheel, very easy. Once you get it centered again then go test. If it persists could be tire pressures... but also the bigger tires do tend to wander and track the road more.

The odd thing is tires would not be expected to cause you to need to adjust the steering wheel. So either that existed before and you just never noticed, or something wacky happened.

when mine pulls to the left I always take it in for an alignment and it's always off so that would be a good place to start to fix.

Would this be using the chalk test? Heard of it, haven't tried it. Running 33psi cold right now.

So sounds like
1. Check tire inflation
2. Straighten the wheel. I'll youtube this and give it a try.
3. If not better then maybe bring it in for alignment

More making sure that the front tires are the same, and, to a lesser extent, that the rear tires are the same (the front & back do not necessarily need to be equal.)
Measure it with a gauge, not the TPMS.

Adjusted the drag link and got the steering wheels straightened. Seems to have help with the pulling to the left also so I think I can skip the alignment. Thanks for the help.

Question on the drag link. When I loosen the clamp and adjust the drag link, can I take it for a spin around the block to check the steering wheel while the clamp is loose? I found when I first played with it, the wheel looked straight but once I started driving I noticed it was still off a little so had to loosen the clamp against and make another adjustment.

Need to do the same to my daughters JL so figured I'd ask before I tackled that one.

You should tighten it so that the threads don't skid. If you don't. You could end up with a bigger problem.
