Could a different power steering fluid make a difference? Wondering if it is a cold issue and the p/s fluid is thinning out as it warms up.

Hi there. If you plan to bring this to the attention of your preferred dealership and need support, let us know.Anyone know if this is still a known issue? I've got a 21 that had this same situation happen this morning.
Thank you - I did make an appointment with my local dealer for next week to have it checked out.Hi there. If you plan to bring this to the attention of your preferred dealership and need support, let us know.

So I just got off the phone with the service department and their answer was "It's a Jeep and they do that sort of thing."Hi there. If you plan to bring this to the attention of your preferred dealership and need support, let us know.

That sucks. So I just got off the phone with the service department and their answer was "It's a Jeep and they do that sort of thing."
The girl also said "I have the same Jeep and it does it sometimes on mine too" as if that somehow made it better. That sucks.
That is exactly why I don't go to a dealership. I spent nearly 20 years running parts and service departments and NEVER would I have told somebody anything like that. Back then, my job depended on my performance......
Anyways, my 2020 has 40K on it now. It has acted like that twice. Both times below 20°F
-turn wheel to the right back out of parking space
-turn wheel to the right in driveway
-turn wheel to the right exiting driveway
-drive 1/4 mile
-sharp right turn in road
-drive 1/8 mile sharp LEFT in road-wheel hangs up momentarily then gives way.
Let us know if you get anywhere with it. I am probably S.O.L. being out of warranty.
