Based on a discussion in a different thread, my curiosity was peaked. May have been done before but let's get a current pulse.

So try to answer this based on the configuration you are in the majority of the time when you could be fully topless.

In other words, I know that there is winter in some states and that might mean that the majority of the year you have to have the top/doors on. But let's base your answer on the majority of the time you are topless in the months that aren't wintery.

My preference is top off/doors off but I don't get to do it very often because my wife hates it that way.

man i own a condo so no garage and no real space to store my top or doors, so never in my 10 years of owning my jeep wrangler or in the 3 months of owning my 2023 jeep gladiator have i ever removed the back portion/top or the doors!!! It looks so dang cool and love seeing jeeps that way but just not practical for me unfortunately...so i have my @Bestop Sunrider and have that open as often as able and always when night driving...love it so much.

So far I haven't taken anything off with Gladiator. The wife's JLU we've run with the freedom panels off a bit. She has a shade panel for the front. But no real place to store a hardtop other than in the back yard. Plus living in the Columbia River Gorge, rain can be an issue at anytime of the year, unless its snowing.
On my CJ5 I ran with a bikini top and no doors alot. Or all the windows out of the Supertop and no doors.
The biggest difference is, dont like all the wind noise at speeds and I daily my Gladiator with a 25 mile one way commute. I also don't really like the sun on my head or ears that much, hence the bikini/safari setup on the CJ5.

In the late spring through late October, I have the BestTop SunRunner top on. Winter, it's the Freedom Panels. So, I guess that qualifies as Freedom Panels out and doors on ?

Sounds like your vote falls into the modest answer.

My preference is full naked.

But if I have to measure effort vs reward, it depends on weather. I don't like to go full naked unless i know i'll get a few days in a row out of it. If I can only get stuff off for one day at a time i go sunrider open front doors off.
