I'm in the market for 37x12.50's...how do you guys and gals keep feelers out for any good sales/deals? So many sites and options for tires, it's hard to keep track. Any of them better for setting alerts or anything like that for decent deals?

Right here on this forum! Someone posted a sale at Walmart that had Patagonias 37x12.50x17’s for $220/tire. Not sure which member posted the deal but I jumped on it and ordered 4 myself. Just keep an open eye on the forum and you find all kinds of deals. Not only tires.

Yeah… just depends, either you wait for a deal to pop up on like Walmart or something… or just let the intrusive thoughts win, justify it in your head, psychologically already have charged it to the secret credit card your SO doesn’t know about, so that when you finally do click “purchase”, it doesn’t hurt.

It sounds like this has crossed your mind a few times, not that I'm not guilty of it or anything.... ?

the trick to finding a deal on tires is the ability to buy when you are not in need.

another trick to finding a deal on tires used to be rolling the dice with walmart tire blowouts. Ordering 35x12.5 17s and hoping 245/45 18s don't show up at your house that you then had to return.

Get em early, keep em around til you need em, and if you can help it keep them in a shed. I got my walmart blowout kendas for 80.44 each, but had to store em in my basement for 2 months while my truck was getting built. My wife loved the savings but HATED the smell of the basement while they were down there.

You can visit the Discount Tire link in this forum. It is updated weekly with new and ongoing deals on tires and wheels!

Discount Tire does stand behind our Low Price Promise. We price match on all products we sell.

Also, we should be running a 4th of July offer at the end of the month (Offers TBD). Keep your eyes peeled!

Walmart has the Patagonia MT at under $270 each, usually upwards of $300. That’s about $1,100 before taxes and installation, figure taxes and fees another 12% - you’re on 37’s for $1,232. That’s not too shabby. I have these on my XJ, don’t really mind them, but I don’t drive on them every day so YMMV.
